Instructions:

(Put as much information as possible or you will get thousands of results: As you make changes you will see numbers of listings change- see below)

1. Highly recommended ! "Log In"  to portal below. This will create an account and allow you to Save Searches and recieve auto emails daily as new listing become availible. Stop emails when ever you want !
   

2. Choose Property Type Residential, Muiltifamily,Land,Commercial,Farm, etc.

3. Type  the Min. & Max. price range (General rule: Banks will loan 31% of  income, EXAMPLE: monthly net pay $1000 X .31=$310 mortgage payment) We recommend getting a Pre-Approval letter from a lender, that is th best way to know what you can afford, it is free and takes about 10 mins.
   

4. Choose the City,County,Lake,Bedrooms, Baths,Acres etc.

5. Click the Details Tab page to see listings & details

6. Save your Searches ! If you didn't create an account do so now!
   

7. Once you have an account and have saved your searches, click Home and select Daily E-Mail Updates! Every day you will be emailed the newest listings matching your search. You can turn this off at any time.

You are in full control of your account and searches! Our office does NOT contact you unless you request to be contacted.
